After completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in 2015, Marije went on to earn a Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science from Niagara College in 2016. Her passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others, as well as her own injury recovery led her to pursue a Diploma in Massage Therapy, graduating from the accelerated program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2022.
Drawing on her strong background in anatomy and exercise science, Marije takes an evidence-informed approach to treatment, focusing on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients return to the activities they enjoy. She believes in tailoring each treatment to the individual, combining hands-on therapy with movement and education to support long-term recovery and overall wellness.
